    Ron Buckley is a recognized operations lean leader with over 40 years of experience and expertise in improving business processes and reducing costs for several of this country's best companies, most recently as Vice President of Operations for General Electric Medical Systems Information Technologies. Ron has held similar positions with Raytheon, Novametrix (Philips) and US Surgical (Tyco). He has been a catalyst for major performance improvement in the over 100 companies and divisions of companies he has served. He has served as an advisor on the Board of Governors for the Connecticut Technology Program for Lean Manufacturing (ConnStep); on the State of Connecticut Industry Cluster Advisory Board; and on the Manufacturer’s Coalition Advisory Board Connecticut Technology Association.

    Candace Buckley

    Candace Buckley, LCSW, is an industrial-organizational psychologist educated at Columbia University, certified in crisis management and a presenter at national conferences. She has been an organizer, trainer and facilitator for over eight years to a variety of groups and organizations. Prior to joining R L Buckley Consulting Candace directed the activities of various organizations, both for profit and not-for-profit, where she developed several new client-focused programs. She has also successfully written both Federal and private grants. Candace is co-author of “Winning in a Highly Competitive Manufacturing Environment,” 2nd edition and “No Eraser Needed - Mistake Proofing Your Business"

    Ralph Celone


    Ralph Celone’s  broad experience with the following industrial leaders: General Electric, Dow-UT, Sikorsky Aircraft and National Semiconductor ranges from aerospace and heavy industry to medical device manufacturing.  Ralph has most recently served as the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering for GE Medical Systems Information Technology, Wallingford.  He has experience in facilities throughout the USA and Mexico in design and implementation of automated test equipment and systems integration with a focus on increasing product velocity.  Ralph is certified in Six Sigma methodology and its application to continuous improvement utilizing Mistake Proofing, Statistical Process Control and automated data collection with an emphasis on a team approach to problem solving.

    John Kubilus - Managing Partner


    John Kubilus is a recognized human resources leader in both the manufacturing & services environments. He brings with him 20 years of experience in Human resources management, specializing in change management, driving cultural change resulting in improved quality as well as reduced costs. John has been lead negotiator on collective bargaining agreements that have led to significant savings and improved flexibility. He has worked with both non-represented and collective bargaining units to make quantum leaps in improving productivity and satisfaction through employee involvement. John last served as Global Human Resources Manager for General Electric Medical Systems Information Technologies and has held similar positions for American Home Products, Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Textron Corporation. John is a certified Greenbelt in Six Sigma methodologies. He has served as an advisor on the Board of Governors for the Connecticut Technology Program for Lean Manufacturing (ConnStep); on the State of Connecticut Industry Cluster Advisory Board; and on the Manufacturer's Coalition Advisory Board/Connecticut Technology Association. He has also served on the Board of Directors for CURE (Connecticut United for Research Excellence).

    Tom Signore


    Tom Signore’s diverse background in manufacturing management spans 21 years. He has held leadership positions in Sourcing, Planning, Master Scheduling, and Production Management with General Electric, Sealed Air and Raytheon. Tom’s most recent assignment was with General Electric Medical Systems where he was the Sourcing Manager for the Information Technologies Division, Wallingford. His lean manufacturing experience includes kanban pull contracts, integrating in-house stores, vendor consignment programs, supplier certification programs and e-auctions. Tom is certified in Six Sigma and is an accomplished expert negotiator.
